Messaging other players


Feature Details:

I really wish there was a "Messaging" function to talk to other players.

I have friends on my Bronies friends list from all over the world, but there's no way to communicate with them!

I'm really poor right now because payday isn't for another week, so I can only donate €5 at the moment.
Please everybody help get this into development!
